I'm thinking of adding Flax Seed Oil to my diet, but I've been getting mixed information. When I first started learning about it, it sounded great, but as I read more, I keep seeing that there haven't been many studies to confirm or deny if it does or doesn't have any benefits. From what you know about Flax Seed oil or Linseed oil, do you think there are benefits? If you've added it to your diet have you noticed a difference in how you feel or look, has it noticeably benefited YOU?People that know about Flax Seed oil can you answer this please?
If you're trying to add Omega 3s for health benefits or to improve mood, yes it can work. I have found that Hemp oil is actually a better form of Omega 3s and take caplets to supplement my diet. (No it won't get you high or show in a drug test)People that know about Flax Seed oil can you answer this please?
It lowered my total cholesterol count (from 182 to 160 in one year) and also lowered my LDL/HDL ratio. I think this was due to the omega-3 fatty acids.
flaxx and fish oil are a great benefit in so many ways skin hair heart mood are all areas that i can say have been helped
