Is Adderal 30mg and Flax Seed Oil a dangerous mix?

I've been taking 30 mg of Adderal now for a little over a month and have starting taking Flax Seed Oil for it's Omega-3s. I heard someone say that Flax Seed can help with ADD/ADHD. Since this is what Adderal does, is it safe to continue taking both?Is Adderal 30mg and Flax Seed Oil a dangerous mix?
There appears to be no danger in taking both Adderall and flax seed oil at the same time. I checked for drug interactions, and there were none.

I think so.... why not? Flax seed oil is good for you. i take ritalin and prozac lol. So adderall alone doesn't help with your ADD?
