What is the best oil supplements for perimenopausal women ,fish oil or flax seed oil or should I take both?

Both are good for good health but for PMS check out Evening Primrose Oil which has shown to prevent the inflammatory that are responsible for PMS.What is the best oil supplements for perimenopausal women ,fish oil or flax seed oil or should I take both?
My doctor said to take fish oil capsules and they ae working well for me, but my sister-in-law says they don't work for her. I can't see any harm in taking both fish oil and flax seed oil. If you're taking it for the Omega 3's, flax seed contains more than fish oil.
Try a homeo medicine.1] lachesis -pills 4 at a time once a week [ to be chewed half an hour after any food]
flax seed oil.. it should contain less mercury then the fish oil..
both are good.
