So you should basically choose only one of them, as both of them will serve the same purpose and provide the body with same nutritional elements. If you take the two of them together, your body will get too much omega 3 fatty acids. well taking both of then can cause some pretty severe intestinal issues, like gas and bloat. Other than that it isn't bad, but its sort of over kill.
