Can you detox/cleanse with black seed oil?

I purchased a small bottle of black seed oil and was told if I drink the whole thing on an empty stomach it would detox my system. Is this true? Or do I have to take a small amount daily over a period of time to detox?

you bought something without researching it first? aside from not being to terribly bright, what did you hope to gain? The body detoxifies and cleanses itself on a daily basis as long as you drink enough water and eat appropriately. Even when you don't the body works hard to remove the toxins from your system. You don't need, and in fact should not try, to stimulate or boost this mechanism.


The black seed oil you have is useless, you don't know what is in it, and it could add greater toxicity to your body. Suggest you learn your lesson and throw it away.Can you detox/cleanse with black seed oil?

Black Seed Oil has blood cleansing properties which will assist detox. Try to have honey too. Drink lots of water! Consume leafy greens, Vitamin C %26amp; Niacin fruits and veg, eat more garlic and bitter melon! Exercise and SWEAT a few times a week! Add vinegar %26amp; cranberry to diet! Do this in MODERATION! Who told you? Hopefully a reliable source. You should check back with the source. I was suggested Niacin once and it was awful. Didn't work at all, just set me on fire (If u ever took it you'd know what I meant). The only products I know work for sure are those $45 drinks from GNC.
