Is grape seed oil good for you ?

I seen grape seed oil at my local market at a marked down price of $ 4.69 for a 38 ounce bottle. IS this very good for you and how would you compare it to extra virgin olive oil ? is it better same health wise ?Is grape seed oil good for you ?
I use both on a regular basis. I like grape seed oil for cooking when you don't want the taste of olive oil to come through. It is very mild and doesn't have much flavor. So I like to use it to cook eggs and some vegetables. They are pretty interchangeable and delicious!
