What are some recipes i can incorporate flax seed oil into?

i bought a hefty bottle knowing it's good for me.. now what do i do with it?!What are some recipes i can incorporate flax seed oil into?
This may help. For years I bought ground flax seeds. I would put a couple of tablespoons into a small bowl of applesauce with a touch of cinnamon. I can't imagine why this wouldn't work with flax seed oil.
