Is a fat-free diet healthy if I take fish oil/flax seed oil tablets?

I really want to lose 20 pounds before summer and i am trying to think of the best way to do it.


Fat free sounds good and easy, because i need restrictions otherwise i just end up eating a ton, so please give me your thoughts! Thanks, BethIs a fat-free diet healthy if I take fish oil/flax seed oil tablets?
I applaud you for trying to lose weight be modifying your eating habits. However a fat-free diet won't do the trick and would be a very difficult diet to stick to.





The reason you may feel the need to eat so much when on this diet is because fat is actually a very satisfying food. When you consume fat it slowly leaves the stomach and provides a longer lasting full feeling than if you just ate carbs or protein.





You need to incorporate healthy fats into your diet, yes this includes leaner meats, and plant sources such as avocados, olive and canola oil etc. Heavily saturated sources such as baked goods, butter, tropical oils (coconut oil) etc should basically be removed from your diet.





To actually lose weight try this method, remove all refined sugars from your diet, including flour products (baked goods), candy, soda, white cheap breads and heavily sweetened juices.





The thinking behind this is to reduce spikes in insulin you get after eating something sugary. Insulin allows our body to grow via gaining mass, insulin is important to have for muscle growth but its also necessary to grow via fat.





Think about diabetic children, they are usually very very skinny, this is due to them being unable to produce enough insulin to gain body mass or retain the food they are eating.





Give cutting sugar out of your diet a chance before you cut healthy fats. Yes, fish, fish oils and flax seed oils are all very healthy fats you can add to salads to not only improve vitamin retention but to also help you feel more satisfied from your lower calorie food.Is a fat-free diet healthy if I take fish oil/flax seed oil tablets?
