What can i substitute for flax seed oil?

In a brown crispy rice recipe (its like a health bar) i need flax seed oil but i cant find it. can i used grape seed oil or sunflower oil?

You can use other oils but they make it taste different. Plus it won't have the actual health benefits of why it was created in the first place. The next best thing taste wise should be peanut oil. But the next best thing health wise will be virgin olive oil. Flax seed oil is basically oil from nuts and seeds. That is why peanut oil should be a better substitute taste wise.What can i substitute for flax seed oil?
