Isn't it supposed to be kept refrigerated, or it will go rancid? The oil will obviously get hot during shipping if purchased online. Perhaps it only needs to be kept refrigerated once opened?Is flax seed oil safe to buy online?
I think it should be ok. I see it in the store all the time at room temp. If you're concerned, buy it at a regular store, or incorporate pre-ground flax seeds.Is flax seed oil safe to buy online?
