Can someone complete this recipe for a blueberry breakfast smoothie.Blueberry, Kashi, soy milk, flax seed oil?

What else goes in this shake?Can someone complete this recipe for a blueberry breakfast smoothie.Blueberry, Kashi, soy milk, flax seed oil?
My smoothie goes like this:





1 cup yogurt ( I use organic vanilla)


1/2 cup orange juice


1/2 cup skim milk


1 TBSP vanilla whey protein powder


1 TBSP flax seed oil





1 banana


7 frozen strawberries


- frozen peaches


- frozen pineapple


and 1/4 cup blueberries.





Blend until smooth! Yumm. My two year old loves this and so do I :-) This recipe makes enough for two adults or an adult and one hungry child with leftover

Kashi what exactly? Kashi is a brand. you should definitely add some yogurt, good for aiding in digesting everything else.
milk shakes are kind of free-for-alls. You can add or leave out pretty much whatever you want. Good things to add in smoothies or milkshakes - fruit, fruit juice, milk, yogurt....
