What is the difference between rose hip oil and rose hip ';seed'; oil?

When the petals of the rose fall off the stem, what is left is what is called a rose hip. It is the small bulb at the bottom of the flower.


Well, inside are the seeds and they make oil out of them.


So rose hip oil and rose hip seed oil are actually the same thing.What is the difference between rose hip oil and rose hip ';seed'; oil?
maybe there is seeds in one and not the other, like they used seed oil
