It is used after ovulation. It is really useful if combined with Evening primrose oil. EPO can be taken in the first half or your cycle from cd1 to ovulation then after you ovulate stop it and start taking flaxseed oil. I have used both. EPO really helps with EWCM if that's part of your problems. The flaxseed keeps hormones stable during the second half of cycle. I help not any luck as far getting pregnant. It really help the man with sperm counts!!!
